Happy Thursday all! I hope your day was fantastic.
I started the day with greek yogurt again. I also had 2 Nutrigrain Eggo waffles. I warm up my frozen waffles in the oven.
I was craving something cheesy for lunch, so I went with a typical lunch.
I paired it with some steamed broccoli.
I wanted to eat my pumpkin ravioli leftovers for dinner, but I get bored of leftovers. I decided to pair them with an interesting side!
I used this recipe with parmesan instead of mozzarella.
I’m running a half marathon on Sunday!! This is the last race I’m already signed up for until my marathon. I am planning on running more though! There is a 5k in Springfield on Nov. 20th, that I have been telling someone I would register for for like a month now. I should get on that. There is also a 10 mile race in December here.
How do you feel about leftovers? I usually dislike them, but I’m trying to like them more!
