I have a new start weight.
BMI of 27.6. 10 pounds over my original start weight, 15 pounds from a healthy BMI and 25ish lbs from goal.
My meeting did make me more focused and excited. I now have all of my new WW material including the Ultimate Starter Kit or whatever it is called.
My tracking goal has been going well too. I’ve tracked everything this week so far, including a restaurant meal which is often my hardest.
